Animation fun

Toon Boom seems like a good program to use to animate with... then why every time I use it do I find myself failing to achieve anything??? All I manage is a few movemnets here and there and not much more. Guess that's just things the way  work. God I love study.

Still at it

As far as interesting goes this blog probably isn't all that interesting there isn't a lot else happening in my life other than study at the moment so here is more babble about study.

As an animator the main thing on my mind is the looming due date. As far as not panicking that has been long forgotten. So much to do so little time, though in reality we have had quite some time to do this animation.
My latest update on the animation front is a dodgy animatic that may or may not load onto my flickr.

Sadly the file is to big, will post some stills at latter date.

MPI Study

So most of my posts are about study; how much it smells like poo, how I'd rather be elsewhere doing other things and how my eyes hurt from using my laptop in the sun... However it has come to my attention that amid all this complaining I was actually studying. Time to change that me thinks. Right now that's off my chest, DVD and boose time.

Studying and such

In the wee hours of the morning I started my webpage for assessment 2, it is, at the moment, just the html mumbo jumbo I did in class, but it is a working webpage.

Back at it

sitting at my desk again, and again i find myself staring at my desktop wondering is there anyway to avoid doing any actual study. This desktop is needs something??? It isn't at all interesting, it need... hmmm alcohol? yep that ort to fix it. i'm off to find some boose.

Back Again

Back again after the break and two weeks of being lazy and not posting.
Laziness, procrastination, TV, Facebook, emails, cooking and even cleaning seam to be forever getting in the way of study.  A normal day goes something like this:
Wake up at around 0700, snooze till 0730, and a little more till 0800.
Get up and scrounge some food, make coffee, drink coffee.
 By the time that's all done it's getting to be 0930, check emails and Facebook.
OK what time is it, oh $#@*!;
1030 have to leave for class, no study this morning.
class finishes at 1300, mosey on home.
Grab some lunch, about 1400-1430
House-mate arrives home, food shopping for dinner.
Get side tracked and before you know it, it's 1700
Back to house, check Facebook and emails again.
Finally get a chance for some study and the phone rings, its the folks so chat with them for a good hour
now 1900 and the stomach is rumbling, better cook dinner.
Cook and eat, while watching TV, 2030.
Big Bang Theory is on, 2130.
OK finally going to get some study done, check interact and VFX forum.
Read VIS101 subject outline for essay and now it's 2230.
Question arises, stay up and study or get some sleep because there is no good Been tired for class tomorrow.

Studying Hard?

VFX101 assessment 1 out of the way only mpi to do... so guess that means study, however i doubt i will spend long here in front of my computer. I think i'll celebrate getting VFX done instead and take the evening off, yep that sounds good to me.

OK now for some study...

Weekend of the Man From Snowy River Bush Festival over for another year, now back to the real world where things have to be done, like study and such... yeah and such anyway think i'll go cook dinner and watch some rubbish T.V for the such and worry about study some other day.

Me on a rock

Tonight instead of studying i found myself thinking about fishin off a rock in the sunny north of the country... damn been easily sidetracked!

Can't see for the glare

My vision is starting to go all blurry from looking at tracing paper for hours... but i still got more to do. I think i should take a short break and dream up some random place... ok thats not helping my eyes at all its like looking in to the sun reflecting off a lake, kinda like an escape to here.

Places i'd rather be

Ever been waiting for a scanner and started dreaming about somewhere you'd rather be.... damn slow scanner. Right now i think the glass house mountains would be a nicer place to be. Maybe Mt Beerwah...

Pro procrastination

Sitting at my desk with books from two subjects and sites from another two open and all i can manage is to think how true this statement is!
